Speaking about buying habits — 33% of respondents said that they made 1 purchase last month after seeing the product on social media, 29.5% made 2-5 purchases and 5.2% made 6-10 purchases.

The most engaging method for a brand to connect with Gen Z audience is social media. The second one is an email and the third one is in-person. Also, you don’t need to forget about running ads, participation in a chat or creation of a blog.
